This Blog entry is about a tool of my choosing.

Description:
Be GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design) is a professional development model for language and literacy. This site promotes high academic achievement and college/career ready skills.
Ease of Use:
I would rate this a 7/10. You have to purchase these trainings but they seem very helpful and focused on differentiated instruction. This helps build scores and it user friendly to students and teachers.
I would rate this a 9/10. This is because it has trainings for teachers and students and it has ways that it includes differentiated instruction. They provide training for elementary, spanish, secondary, and pre-k.
Use it?:
I would rate this a 8/10. While I probably wont use it as often because it is not free, it may be helpful when it comes to ELLs in the classroom or a struggling reader. It is just another source to have in my back pocket.
Conceptual Connection:
This connects to the Grounded technology packet we talked about through table 11. Specifically the Practice section, because this site allows students to go through trainings/practices that help them learn and improve scores.
